New Korean BBQ AYCE in Brea – Beef Quality Is Amazing! 👍
🐒 Been going to Brea Whole Foods almost every week lately, and noticed this new Korean BBQ AYCE spot on the way home. Kept an eye on it 👀 for two months, and finally tried it on a weekday when it was less crowded! 📍 356 Korean BBQ & BAR They offer three tiers: 💰 $61/person 💰 $45/person 💰 $24/person First visit = go big! Plus it had been so long since I had BBQ, so we tried the omakase special tier. ⬇️ Ranked by my personal preference: 🔸 Wagyu Short Rib – So tender and juicy! Just a little salt—so flavorful. 🔹 American Wagyu Cube Short Rib – Cubed for easy eating, cooks fast and stays tender. 🔸 356 Seasoned Boneless Beef Short Rib – Marinated in a garlic sauce—sizzles and bubbles on the grill, super aromatic 👍 🔹 Beef Short Rib – Whole slice, not too fatty, stays tender even well-done. 🔸 356 Marinated Beef Short Rib – I love Korean galbi—their meat quality and seasoning are spot on 😋 🔹 Beef Tongue – A must-order for BBQ lovers. 🔸 Green Tea Pork Belly – Never seen this elsewhere! Pork belly coated in matcha powder—looks pretty and tastes unique. Cook until crispy and wrap in lettuce—hints of matcha come through. 🔹 Wagyu Sushi – Pretty good, a bit on the salty side. 🔸 Sliced Short Rib – Last only because it arrived last… I was already stuffed to the max! They cut the meat fresh onsite—I saw a chef prepping it (too shy to take pics though 😅). Everything was fresh, and no stomach issues even after eating a lot. They also have late-night happy hour (7 days a week) and weekday lunch for just $24—such a good deal! 📍 2445 E Imperial Hwy H, Brea, CA 92821 #LALife #LADining #LAFood #WinterAndBBQ #KoreanBBQ #BBQTime #GrillEats #AYCEBBQ
