📍 New Korean Restaurant Alert in Seattle! Really Tasty 😋
Where to eat in Seattle: Seoul Mates 📍 Capitol Hill 🌕 A new Korean spot just opened in Cap Hill — right next to Ramen Bettenjin! The space is spacious, clean, and comfy with plenty of seating. 🌕 Seoul Mates Fried Rice – Surprisingly delicious! 🍳🍚 Loaded with beef brisket, spam, egg, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and veggies, wrapped in a thin layer of egg. Didn’t expect much at first, but it was so flavorful and satisfying! The rice wasn’t oily, and the crispy egg edge was a perfect touch. 🌕 Chicken Wings – Super popular! Served piping hot 🥵, juicy and tender inside. I got the honey garlic sauce on the side but honestly preferred the original flavor. Definitely recommend! 🌕 Soft Tofu Soup – A deeply flavorful version! Not watery at all — you can tell it’s made with care. Forgot to ask for mild spice 🌶️, so it was a bit too hot for me (non-spicy eater here). Pro tip: Ask to adjust the spice level! 🌕 Grilled Pork Belly – Tasty and thick-cut! Not super crispy, but soft and tender. The portion was HUGE — we took leftovers home and got two more meals out of it! 🥡🥢 Tasted great with the spicy dipping sauce and pickled radish. 🌕 Overall, a satisfying experience — will definitely be back to try more dishes! 😊 🏷️ #SeoulMates #CapitolHillEats #SeattleKoreanFood #SeattleEats #NewInSeattle #SeattleFoodie #ComfortFood #KoreanWings #TofuSoup
