New Orleans — What I’d Call the NOLA Foodie Ceiling! 🏆
📍 Trenasse This place comes highly recommended — not a single dish was a letdown! When we asked the server for recommendations, he said everything was amazing, and we thought he was just hyping it up… but after eating here, we totally agreed — straight 5/5 across the board!! Address: 444 St Charles Ave, Ste 100, Intercontinental Hotel, New Orleans, LA 70130 🍴 Complimentary Starter Pork Rinds — Light, crispy, not greasy at all, with a super tasty dipping sauce. Oil tasted fresh, no weird aftertaste. Rating: 5/5 ✅ 🍴 Appetizer Not sure of the name — a special appetizer (maybe grilled oysters?). Melted in your mouth 😋. Served with toasted bread that was just perfect. Rating: 5/5 ✅ 🍴 Soup & Salads Hot Garlic Bread Even someone who usually avoids garlic bread ate more than half of it! The butter is secretly seasoned and absolutely delicious — way better than any other place. Rating: 5/5 ✅ Blue Crab Bisque A rich, creamy soup packed with real crab meat 🦀. As someone from Taizhou who loves autumn crab season, this totally hit the spot! Even better with toasted bread dipped in. Rating: 5/5 ✅ 🍴 Entrée Taste of Trenasse A combo of three popular dishes: Crawfish Pie (our absolute favorite! 🥧) Braised Short Ribs (tender, like gourmet beef jerky) Grilled Shrimp Each one was a delightful surprise. Rating: 5/5 ✅ 🍴 Dessert Not on the menu — the server announced it verbally. We chose Beignets — square French doughnuts, hollow inside, dusted with powdered sugar. Served with coffee topped with caramel cream. At first, we ate them separately… until a friendly guy walked by and whispered, “Here’s a secret — try dipping them!” We did, and wow — mind blown! 🤯 Rating: 5/5 ✅ #NewOrleansFood #USA #FoodieHeaven #MustTry #Trenasse 🍤🎉✨
