This place is seriously popular in NOLA — we were initially told the wait would be 1.5 to 2 hours, but we got seated after just over an hour 🕐✨. Honestly, it might just be the most Chinese-palate-friendly brunch in New Orleans 😄! 1️⃣ Lobster Daddy ✅ So good! A whole fried lobster tail with crawfish sauce, served over a housemade biscuit 🦞🍞. The biscuit was moist and fresh — nothing like the dry ones elsewhere — and paired perfectly with the rich lobster and sauce. 2️⃣ Lobster Couyon ✅ Also amazing! Similar to #1 but with crab meat sauce instead 🦀. Both dishes were a bit salty, but not overpoweringly so. 3️⃣ Crab Scramble ✅ Huge portion loaded with crab meat — you could see shredded crab all over! Tasty and satisfying 🍳. 4️⃣ Drink Pick: Rose Water Latte 🌹☕ Fragrant, floral, and slightly sweet — really lovely! Verdict: Totally worth the wait!
