New Seattle Spot|A5 Wagyu 🥩 All-You-Can-Eat!

The former Niku Feast has rebranded as Wagyu Factory~feels a bit like old wine in a new bottle 🍶. If you don’t order the top-tier, the difference isn’t huge; but if you do, it feels less cost-effective than before… After some debate, we decided to go all out and try the A5 anyway! 🥩 A5 Wagyu looks as beautiful as expected, with gorgeous marbling ✨~Except for the shank cut, which was just okay, the other cuts were tender and rich. The texture is indeed smoother than the old premium, but flavor-wise, it wasn’t mind-blowing: the fat was evident, yet it lacked that deep, roasted aroma 🔥. (Tip: A5 wagyu tastes even softer in hot pot! Especially the premium cuts—they literally melt in your mouth~) 🔄 The toro from the old premium is still here, now lightly marinated and still delicious~The cube steak is gone, but there are new cuts like fruit-marinated short rib, which are pretty good too! 🍰 They’ve also added cooked dim sum, desserts, and a drink station (sodas + milk tea). Personally, the green milk tea was more refreshing—the black tea version leaned too sweet. 💰 Without a membership, the top costs $76 + tax + tip, pushing close to $100 per person 💸. 👉 If you want to try A5 but won’t come often, bring a friend with a membership to save $10~ 👉 For big eaters, the regular BBQ tier is enough (≈ old premium + drinks/desserts price), and the value is decent~ (Kinda missing the old Niku days now… it was such a good deal!) 📍 Wagyu Factory BBQ & Shabu|Seattle #SeattleFood #SeattleWagyu #SeattleBBQ #SeattleBuffet #SeattleWeekend
