New Shop in San Gabriel 🧋

Today I discovered a newly opened bubble tea spot in San Gabriel. As soon as I walked in, I was wowed by the super modern decor — thought to myself, "Now this is a bubble tea shop with personality!" And it was packed with a long line! Hard to believe they’ve only been in soft opening for 3 days. Their specialty is authentic floral milk teas 🌸 We tried three drinks from their different signature series: 🧋 Milk Tea Series: Camellia Red Oolong Milk Tea – 5⭐ 👍 *30% sugar (Note: 0% sugar means completely unsweetened, and they use low-calorie milk which isn’t sweet either)* Camellia + oolong + milk — the three flavors blend wonderfully. First you taste the rich camellia floral notes, followed by the deep oolong finish. I’ve tried many floral milk teas, but this was my first time with camellia! Next time I’ll add pearls. 👆🏻 If you love floral milk teas, this is their signature — go for it! 🍵 Matcha Series: Matcha Cookie Smoothie – 4.5⭐ 👍 *0% sugar + light ice* Caramel cookies + matcha cream + milk + cookie crumbs at the bottom. Their matcha quality is top-notch — they say it’s over 90% premium Uji stone-ground matcha (high in amino acids → gives it a sweeter, fresher taste). It’s fragrant but not bitter. The sweet cream is topped with salty pecans — a perfect sweet & salty combo. The caramel cookie crumbs balance out any slight bitterness. 👆🏻 Matcha lovers — their matcha series won’t disappoint! 🍑 Fruit Tea Series: Peach Red Oolong – 4⭐ 👍 0% sugar (even 0% sugar is slightly sweet) Peach + oolong tea + lychee coconut jelly (added extra). Since the jelly is sweet, I’d recommend 0% sugar for a lightly sweet drink. Super refreshing! With the coconut jelly, you get both peach and lychee flavors at once — combining two of my favorite fruits 🍑✨. At 0% sugar, it’s a light, low-calorie fruit tea. 👆🏻 Perfect if you prefer fruity, refreshing, and lighter drinks. PS.
