Nama ๐Ÿ“ 730 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10019 ๐ŸŒŸ The Aman service is, as always, impeccable and amazing! I loved it. The restaurant is currently only open to hotel guests and members. That night, we were the only group dining there, making it a truly private and top-notch experience. ๐ŸŒ‡ ๐Ÿ’ฏ The chef is kind and humorous. He personally starts the menu with green tea and ends it with green tea leaves, showing a nice beginning and end. Additionally, when my friend didn't feel full, the chef generously added two extra hand rolls. The matcha tiramisu at the end was also delicious! ๐Ÿต ๐Ÿ’ฏ The appetizer sampler was great, with the sea urchin and Wagyu being the best of the night. The salmon hand roll was really tasty, though the selection of fish could be improved.
