🌟 New York | Le Coucou (1)
A Michelin-recommended French restaurant known for its offal dishes. 🍽 Le Coucou Experience | Surprises and Disappointments 😉 Hey everyone 👩🏻🤝👩🏻, I’ve compiled my experiences from visiting Le Coucou a few times. This is a beautiful and elegant French restaurant, perfect for a romantic date 💕. Their offal dishes are pretty impressive 😎. The beef thyroid has a delicate texture and elasticity, with a rich flavor. 💕 The veal thymus is pan-fried to a slight crisp on the outside, while the inside remains tender, blending perfectly with the creamy sauce for an aromatic experience 😜. Both the duck liver and rabbit liver are consistently good, with no strange fishy taste—clean flavors and smooth textures. The meat mains are solid, not surprising but also without major flaws. 💕 However, their seafood really misses the mark 🙅🏻♀️. The shrimp dish was a disappointment—unfresh, mushy, and with a distinct fishy odor. #NewYork
