Luffa and Poached Eggs 🥬 The broth was quite fresh, and the poached eggs had a nice, slightly charred flavor from the wok. Stir-Fried Liver 🥩 I usually avoid liver, but this dish was surprisingly good! The liver was well-prepared, with no off-flavors and a pleasant, slightly chewy texture. Radish and Beef Stew 🍲 I didn't try this one, but my friends said the radish was perfectly cooked and the beef was tender and flavorful. Sliced Beef Stir-Fry 🍖 The flavors were solid, but I think it would have been even better with thin slices of beef instead of strips. For dessert, I tried the sweet tofu pudding, but it was sour, so the staff kindly refunded us. 🍮 The portions are on the smaller side, and all the dishes were mildly spicy, making it friendly for those who can't handle too much heat! 💥 💰Average cost per person: $60 #NewYork #HunanCuisine #Manhattan #NYCRestaurant 🌇🌟
