ππΌ Nakaochi (Blue Fin Tuna Rib): I didn't quite understand what Nakaochi (blue fin tuna rib) meant, so I ended up eating it like a watermelon ππ. It's delicious!! I'll order it again next time!! The blue fin tuna meat is super sweet!! It can be eaten directly or made into nori hand rolls (have to say, the one-star π restaurant is still very creative). ππΌ Sashimi Special and Sushi Special: Both are great!! The content of the two dishes is almost the same, both made from the freshest nine kinds of fish selected that day (sashimi comes with rice). Each piece has a great texture, with sea bream and yellowtail being tough and crispy, while the tuna belly and salmon belly are melt-in-your-mouth and extremely rich. ππΌ Corn Tempura: The fried corn tempura is crispy and sweet, and not greasy at all! It becomes even more delicious with a sprinkle of salt. πKanoyama 175 2nd Ave, New York, NY 10003 #New York#Kanoyama #food diary
