New York Brunch | Pistachio Toast Is the Best πΌ
π Boutros β 4.5/5 If you're tired of the boring American brunch on the island, Boutros in Brooklyn is definitely worth a try. The chef, Allen Dabagh, combines Lebanese and Syrian cuisine, infusing childhood food memories into modern New York dining culture. Every dish is a pleasant surprise! The average cost per person is $30-$50, depending on your choices. πππ π Challah French Toast Ricotta This French toast is the star of the house. The fluffy bread is paired with pistachio butter and orange blossom maple syrup. The texture is rich and the sweetness is just right, not greasy at all. If you like sweet brunch options, you have to try this! π Short Rib Shawarma Hummus The roasted short rib shawarma with hummus is amazing. The meat is tender and flavorful, paired with tangy pickled onions and peppers, and served with their homemade soft pita. It's super fragrant!!! Their omelette is also very delicious, super soft and fluffy, highly recommended! π But I think their pistachio latte is just okay, not very fragrant. Not recommended: π₯ Mixed Greens Sumac Vinaigrette & Lebanese Salad If you're looking for a refreshing option, please don't order this Lebanese salad. It's literally just onions dipped in sauce. It's the only dish I don't recommend. It's really not worth it. #100RestaurantVisits #brunch #FoodieVoice #HiddenGems #BrooklynFood #NYCBrunch #NewYork #NYCFood #NYCBars #WineBar #SeafoodDelights #SeafoodShack #NYCSeafood #NYCSeafoodRestaurant #HiddenGems
