The pairing of lemon juice and tartar sauce elevates the flavors. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Delizia di Granchio (Crab Cake) 10/10 A must-order! Served cold, it features fresh crab meat with oranges and tomatoes. The sweet oranges and juicy tomatoes make this dish refreshing and light. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Chitarra Alla Carbonara (Egg Noodle Carbonara) 7/10 I'm a fan of Carbonara, but I feel this signature dish could use some improvement in flavor. The combination of butter, black pepper, and egg yolk should create a rich and layered dish, but it lacked the egg flavor. The pasta was a bit too soft and cool for my taste. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Petto D'Anatra (Duck Breast) 8/10 This dish seems to be discontinued. The accompaniment of cranberries and apples adds variety to the flavor, but the duck breast was slightly drier than expected.
