🌅Shenghui Ping Dry-Aged Ribeye, the ribeye is tender and flavorful, infused with the aroma of charcoal fire. It’s paired with green onions, onions, garlic, and ginger, all stir-fried over high heat to bring out their rich fragrance. 🌅🌸 Stone Pot Fresh Crab Meat and Tofu, with a raw egg in the center of the stone pot. When served, mix the tofu with the runny egg yolk while it’s hot. 🌅The bean fragrance blends with the egg aroma, which is just wonderful. The tofu, after being steamed in the stone pot, forms a slightly pan-fried texture on the outside while remaining tender in the center. Pouring the thick, fragrant sauce over it makes every bite perfect. The total cost is $90. 🍖🍲 🗽Hanoi House A Vietnamese Pho shop in the East Village. Pig Ear and Green Papaya Salad, this green papaya salad is the best I’ve ever had among similar Southeast Asian dishes. The fried pig ears are the finishing touch, being fragrant without being greasy. Pho Dac Biet is a must-order. This bowl is so rich, with a super fragrant beef marrow bone, oxtail, brisket, and raw beef slices. It’s topped with golden, crispy fried dough sticks. It’s just amazing. The total cost is $57. 🍲 🌅🌸 Mitr Thai A hidden gem of a restaurant in Midtown. Short Rib Prik Kang, the short ribs are incredibly tender. They fall off the bone with just a gentle touch. 🌸The rich coconut curry is aromatic and delicious, and every bite with the white rice is satisfying. The portion is generous and highly recommended. Nam Prik Kak Moo, crispy pork skin fried rice. The genius touch is the golden pork cracklings. 🗽 Scoop up some rice with a soft-boiled egg, and you get a triple attack of crispiness, stickiness, and smoothness. The total cost is $83. 🍳 #New York 🌟 #New York Eats and Fun #New York Travel 🚇
