๐ธ Sweet Prawn with Sea Urchin: This combination is truly refreshing. The tenderness and sweetness of the sweet prawn become more full-bodied and three-dimensional with the addition of sea urchin. A bite of it is sweet and tender, and this must be what a fresh and natural feeling is like! ๐ผ Salmon with Foie Gras: This pairing is particularly interesting and a unique experience I haven't had elsewhere. I wonder how the owner came up with such an innovative combination, but it turns out to have a distinctive flavor. ๐ธ Miyazaki A5 Wagyu Beef: You wouldn't expect it! At this price point, there's even Miyazaki Wagyu beef! The owner proudly introduced to us that the quality of this beef is really excellent, and you can tell the difference as soon as you take a bite. After tasting it, I found that the owner was not deceiving us at all. The meat is tender and juicy, and the aftertaste of the charcoal-grilled beef is delicate and rich. I can't think of any other words besides happiness to describe it. ๐ผ Chลซ-toro and ล-toro: So rich and delicious!
