Taqueria Ramirez ๐ฎ ๐ฟ๐ A super popular taco place! The Tripa is slow-cooked beef tripe, so tender that I barely felt it tear when I bit into the tortilla. ๐ The Pastor is grilled pork, with a slightly crispy exterior that adds a nice texture, and thereโs plenty of it! The Suadero is slow-cooked beef, super tender and juicy. The nopales (cactus) initially reminded me of green beans. The Campechano, a mix of beef and spicy pork, is $48. ๐ Caravan Uyghur ๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ A Xinjiang restaurant near the WTC. The hand-pulled rice dish has incredibly tender lamb! The oily rice pairs perfectly with the sweet yellow carrots, making it super delicious. ๐ฅข The complimentary cucumber salad is super refreshing and appetizing, highly recommended! The big plate chicken is average in flavor, but the noodles are really chewy and absorb the sauce well. The lamb skewers have large, tender pieces of meat, perfectly cooked. The total cost is $78. ๐ฐ ๐ฟ๐ #NewYorkLife #NewYorkTravel #NewYork ๐๐
