The potatoes are soft and the belt noodles coated with the sauce are even more fragrant than the meat. 2️⃣ Minced Meat Noodles: Super fragrant! A must-order! The minced meat is exceptional, with a rich and sour aroma. The pulled noodles have a chewy texture, and everyone loves them. 3️⃣ Hand-Grabbed Mutton: The mutton pieces are large and free of any strong smell. The meat near the bone is very tender. Paired with their spicy oil, it's incredibly satisfying. 4️⃣ Baozi (Steamed Buns): They offer both thin-skinned and baked baozi, with fillings of onion and mutton or pumpkin and meat. Both flavors are tasty! I had tried them at the old store a long time ago and found them too strong, but this time they were really good, worthy of a thumbs-up. Dipped in vinegar and chili, they taste even better! 5️⃣ Milk Tea: It seems like it's made by boiling tea with milk, with some tea leaves at the bottom. Once it cools down a bit, a layer of cream forms on top!
