New York SoHo | New Café Discovery: ansā 🌟

While strolling through SoHo with a friend 🛍️, we stumbled upon a hidden gem around a corner—ansā Micro Coffee Roastery. The overall vibe is super cool, with a minimalist and industrial aesthetic. All their beans are in-house roasted, and the aroma of coffee hits you as soon as you walk in ☕️. They even have in-house made ice cream! It’s $14 a scoop, which... is very New York. 🍦 My friend ordered the Tiramisu ice cream, which had ladyfingers soaked in espresso and tiramisu-flavored ice cream. It was decent. I tried their matcha latte—and regretted it. 💀 It was so bad I wanted to throw it away after one sip.
