🍃Winter has officially arrived in New York, and today is freezing cold! But there’s a bright side to this chilly weather—sea urchin season is here! 🥥 Haha, as long as I can enjoy some sea urchin, this winter feels worth it! 🌟 Work has really made me realize that I can’t spend money as freely as I used to, but my taste buds just won’t agree! 🌸 After hearing so much about TSUMO, I decided to give it a try. The place is small, with just two workstations and all seats facing the counter. Watching the chef slice the fish and shape the rice is super relaxing! 😄 🎢 I started with the classic 13-piece set, which is just the right amount. It’s enough to leave you 70% full without feeling too stuffed. 🏙️The white fish is super clean in taste, and the fatty tuna isn’t greasy at all. 🍖 #NewYorkFood #SeaUrchinSeason 🌟
