Seizing the Independence Day weekend, I decided to visit Niagara Falls and Toronto! š Day 1ļøā£: Niagara Falls, Canada Train Ride: Took the Amtrak from Manhattan to Niagara Falls, Canada. The 9-hour journey passed through picturesque towns, rivers, and mountains. š Skylon Tower: Walked from the hotel to the Canadian side of the falls, passing through the bustling Clifton Hill Street, famous for its entertainment facilities, including a giant Ferris wheel and 4D movie experiences. š” Niagara Falls Night View: Took the elevator to the top of the Skylon Tower for a 360-degree view of the falls on both the American and Canadian sides. š Fireworks: Started at 10 pm. š Close-Up Night View: Got up close to the falls at night. š Day 2ļøā£: Niagara Falls, Canada and USA City Cruise: Purchased tickets online to get up close to the falls on the Canadian side. š¢ Rainbow Bridge: Walked through the Oakes Garden Theatre, a perfect spot for photos. š Crossing the Border: Paid $1 USD to cross the Rainbow Bridge to the American side. šļø Niagara Falls State Park: Walked through the park to admire the falls on the American side. š Day 3ļøā£: Toronto, Ontario Union Station: Arrived in Toronto via FlixBus, a 2-hour ride with scenic views of charming towns and Lake Ontario. Approaching Toronto, you can see the city skyline, especially the iconic CN Tower. š Casa Loma: Visited this Gothic Revival-style castle, which is a must-see. The architecture is unique, blending design elements from across Europe. š° š Tips: Accommodation: We chose a motel near the falls, within walking distance of all attractions.
