Oysters are the star – Their selection changes daily based on market availability (we tried 7 varieties!), each paired with house-made sauces. Upscale but unpretentious – Perfect for a relaxed yet gourmet meal. 🦪 Must-Order Dishes ❤️ Oysters on Ice Ultra-fresh, sourced from different regions. The mignonette and spicy sauces elevated them even more! ❤️ Steamed Mussels Plump, juicy mussels in a rich tomato broth—so good we sopped up every drop with the buttery bread. ❤️ Scallops & Pork A creative combo: crispy, sweet-savory pork belly paired with seared scallops (perfect texture contrast!). ❤️ Lobster Roll Classic but well-executed—generous lobster meat on toasted buttery brioche, served with a side of potato salad. 📌 Final Verdict In a touristy area where great food is hard to find, Tide and Vine delivers with fresh, thoughtfully prepared seafood.
