Niagara-on-the-Lake

🅿️Parking: You can park on the side of Picton Street, the main road. It costs $5.25💵 per hour. After comparing with nearby options, which are roughly the same, we chose to park here for convenience to get on the bus.🚌 🛍️Shops: To be honest, I've never been a fan of small, charming towns, but the colors here and the close arrangement of shops gave me, an efficient J-type person, a sense of satisfaction. 🍓🍓 I focused on several shops that netizens have mentioned before:🌵 ✅Just Christmas A variety of Christmas items that seem to be made in Yiwu. The festive atmosphere is really strong. ☀️ My mom took great photos here.🍑 ✅Cow’s🍦 Delicious but overrated ice cream. Waiting in line until outside the back door didn't feel quite worth it. Its biggest advantage, in my opinion, is that it's not too sweet. 🍭🍭 Unlike the flavors recommended online, I prefer coconut cream pie and maple walnut. 🥨 Personally, I think its milkiness is still not as good as Kawartha's. So far, I regret that I can't appreciate any fruit-flavored ice cream. Even if it's not sorbet, it's not creamy enough.🍫 My 70-year-old parents are great! They followed us to eat ice cream 3 times in a row, and their stomachs are doing well!🥦 ✅Budapest Bakeshop Eastern European-style bread cones with magical shapes. They taste better, with the dough slightly fluffy and fragrant. We bought 4 as dinner. 🥩🥩 Recommended savory flavors: we bought one pizza-flavored and one with sausage; the cinnamon flavor among the sweet ones is also good, not too sweet.🍬🍬 It's recommended to avoid the original flavor: it's overly sweet.🍭 ✅Prince of Wales Hotel The most beautiful hotel is located in the heart of the town. The exterior is beautifully decorated with flowers, and the interior decoration is retro and stylish. 🌿🌿 Afternoon tea is served from noon to 5 pm. We didn't go, but I'm sure it would be a great 🌵experience. ✅Town Church🌷 A quick way to learn about the town's history. It was open on that Saturday afternoon. 🍂 Most of the buildings in the town were renovated after a big fire, and they are on average 200 years old now.🙉🙉 ✅Lake Ontario It's highly recommended to walk north for a few minutes to reach the lake and sit quietly for a while. In the distance, some people are sailing, nearby some are playing in the water, and there are a group of Canadian geese.👉👈 🐠🐠 It gave my parents, who are used to being on the go, a taste of slow life. The scenery is so pleasant that my parents joked about buying a house here? 😆 There are also some bakeries, jam shops, and hat shops that we didn't visit this time.🕊️🕊️ It takes about 2 hours to visit the town at a relatively tight pace. 🐾🐾 It's recommended to set aside 3 hours including round trips. We plan to come back on a weekend with just the two of us to visit the shops one by one.🐠🐠 #TorontoLife#TorontoStoreExploration
