Now you don’t have to drive all the way to the Bay Area to try this Michelin-recommended Japanese brothless ramen — pure happiness unlocked! 🥹 We rushed over and ordered two signature bowls: 🍜 Homura Aburasoba (Original Signature) A truly "pure flavors" bowl — bamboo shoots, raw egg, minced pork, seaweed, and special sauce mixed quickly. The taste is mild but grows richer with every bite. The noodles are wonderfully chewy! 👍 My husband, a true meat lover, added extra beef — absolutely YYDS! 😍 🥩 Wagyu Roast Beef Aburasoba The Wagyu is generous — several slices cover the bowl!
