No Need to Go to the East Coast for Authentic Pizza Anymore! 🍕
This place is already quite popular — every time I passed by, there was a line! Finally, I caught a rainy day with no queue and got to try it haha 😄 Their pizza is thin-crust, but slightly thicker than New York-style. Personally, I think the dough-to-topping ratio is just perfect! We ordered three pizzas, and when they arrived, we were shocked — each one was huge! So satisfying to eat 🍕🔥 The three we tried were: • Burrata • HWY1 • Mia Mushroom In my opinion, simple is the best — a great pizza doesn’t need too many toppings. So the Burrata ranks #1 for me — truly delicious! The HWY1 is loaded with toppings — so much that it’s hard to hold with one hand! It’s very indulgent but can get heavy; I felt full after just one slice. If you have a high tolerance for rich food, this one’s for you! The Mia Mushroom was decent but not outstanding — tasty but not mind-blowing. I feel like the cheeseless versions are better than those without cheese. Maybe because the Burrata was so good, the other two paled in comparison. We didn’t try the “Original,” but I bet it’s just as amazing as the Burrata — a must-try in my book! The staff were super friendly and seemed really proud of their pizzas 🥰 They enthusiastically explained each variety — you can always ask for recommendations before ordering! Overall, this is an authentic pizza spot — much more legit than other pizza places I’ve tried in Irvine. Plus, the vibe is great — perfect for hanging out with friends, chatting over beer and pizza! 🍻✨ Restaurant: aPizza Doho Address: 34255 CA-1, Dana Point, CA 92629 #IrvineEats #FoodShare #MyFoodDiary #AroundIrvine #IrvineAreaEats #DanaPointDining #DanaPoint #DanaPointDayTrip #EastCoastFlavors #SoCalEats #ItalianCuisine #HiddenGemRestaurant #GlobalFoodSquad
