Noah, the seafood restaurant that's all the rage in Calenzano

This restaurant became super popular right after it opened. I went there shortly after its opening, but my notes have been sitting around until now! They offer two types of set menus. We chose the seven-course meal at 75 euros per person. For the wine pairing, we opted for a rosato sparkling wine recommended by the friendly staff. It was sweet and very suitable for ladies to enjoy. - Bread with Tomato Butter 🧈 The bread was freshly baked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was served with a delicious tomato butter. - Raw Food Platter Extremely fresh, with a variety of high-quality ingredients. - Thin Cracker with Red Shrimp Tartare and Black Truffle Shavings 🫓 A unique presentation with a small cracker holding red shrimp tartare and topped with black truffle slices. - Grilled Squid Skewers Served with porcini mushrooms, these skewers were tender and flavorful. - Black Truffle Soft-Boiled Egg 🥚 A delightful dish with a rich and earthy flavor. - Tuna with Porcini 🔝 The star of the meal!
