A newly opened seafood restaurant in Calenzano❤️❤️❤️ There is a large parking lot right in front of the restaurant, which is very convenient. You don't have to worry about not finding a parking space when it's busy. The restaurant is not very big, but the environment and atmosphere are great. They offer two types of set menus: one is the Degustazione 5portate for 55€, and the other is the 7portate for 75€. We chose the 7portate, and every dish was delicious and suited my taste perfectly, except for one that was a bit too salty🤣 and patient in explaining each dish to us. The service was excellent, and we will definitely be back. This place truly excels in both presentation and sauces. Their sashimi selection is particularly impressive, featuring a variety of fresh fish such as salmon (with rich fat content), tuna, sea bass, yellowtail, oysters, and even abalone. For nigiri lovers, they offer eel nigiri and torched salmon nigiri, both topped with black truffle sauce.🐟🐟🐟 But what really stands out to me are their appetizers. The salmon tartare is beautifully presented with foam, and the carpaccio of salmon and sea bass is drizzled with a refreshing passion fruit sauce.
