North America Christmas Road Trip β’ Louisville, KY ππ
1οΈβ£ Parthenon (Nashville) Stopped by again during the day β much clearer view than at night π, though not as magical without the evening lights πβ¨. Still impressive! 2οΈβ£ The Lost River Cave Tour A guide gave a fun 10-minute intro, then we took a slow boat ride π€ through the cave. The guide kept sharing cool facts along the way. The cave is pretty small and the water is shallow β definitely interesting, but no wild rafting here (I was hoping for some excitement! π ). Still worth a visit! 3οΈβ£ Mammoth Cave National Park Huge area! We hiked a short trail π₯Ύ and explored one of the smaller caves. The temperature inside was cool and refreshing β super comfortable π. 4οΈβ£ Lincolnβs Birthplace A tiny log cabin π surrounded by beautiful countryside β farms, pastures, and wide open green fields π³π. Very peaceful and pretty. 5οΈβ£ Edisonβs Former Rental Home A small house tucked away in a quiet corner of the city ποΈβ ποΈ. The area felt a bit sketchy, and it was closed when we arrived, so we just took a quick look and left. We thought about going to Columbus too, but decided to head back home early β feeling tired π₯±π€. Maybe weβll visit another weekend! #ChristmasVibes #ChristmasDiary #LifeInNorthAmerica #Plog #TravelPlog #USATravel #RoadTrip #Travel #Christmas #ChristmasTravel
