North American Workers' Weekend Getaway
North American Workers' Weekend Getaway | Hidden Gem Southern Town Savannah 🌿 Recently, work has been so tiring that all I wanted to do was laze around. Plus, we wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday, so we resolutely) escaped to Savannah for the weekend — and it turned out to be the best decision! This little town tucked away in the South has a slow, relaxed pace, perfect for recharging and rejuvenating~ 🌟 Accommodation Experience: We chose Thompson Savannah. As I detailed in my previous post, its location is unbeatable — right by the riverwalk. The facilities are new and comfortable, making our stay super reassuring 😌. 🌟 Strolling Route: We wandered from the riverwalk outside the hote all the way to Forsyth Park. Along the way, there are old oak trees draped in Spanish moss, colorful cottages, and blooming flowers — pure Southern town charm 🌳. Sunlight filtering through the leaves onto the stone paths made us slow down our steps, and every casual photo feels like a healing scene~ 🌟 Recommended Hidden Coffee Shops: ☕ Mirabelle Savannah The coffee is rich and fragrant, and their grilled cheese is amazing! The exterior is crispy, the cheese is melted and stringy — one bite is pure satisfaction. Sitting at the outdoor tables for photos, with vintage buildings in the background, the vibe is absolutely perfect 📸. ☕ Asher + Rye Cafe Highly recommend their matcha latte — strong tea flavor without bitterness, and it looks great too. The green foam dusted with matcha powder is super photogenic ✨. The shop has a fresh, minimalist design — even just sitting there daydreaming feels nice~ In just two days, this town’s warmth healed all our exhaustion. This worker says: Next week, I’ll be back to work full of energy! #savannah#SavannahTravel
