Not Even Tired After 7 Bubble Teas a Week
🍵 da·mo (9/10) Went to buy Out Bakery and found da·mo in the same plaza – a matcha spot I’d wanted to try forever! Tried their signature matcha drink – so rich and authentic! Full of matcha aroma, smooth and not bitter at all. Layered, deep tea flavor – totally deserves its top LA matcha ranking! 🏛️ gonggan (5/10) This place is gorgeous!! Super stylish decor, every corner is photo-worthy 📸 Especially at sunset – drinks are visually stunning. The coffee meringue affogato (left) looks like a cloud ☁️💙 – adorable cookie on top! The coffee ice cream inside is strong and tasty, great for coffee lovers. But the cookie is super sweet American frosting style – one bite is enough 😅 The other drink was just okay. Worth one visit for the aesthetic and photos though! 🧋 soma (6/10) Pretty solid bubble tea spot. Tried their Signature Milk Tea (staff pick) – a standard, pleasant milk tea, not too heavy. Personally, I prefer 3CE Tea Shop – more layered and unique. But SOMA’s vibe is clean and minimal – nice environment! 💚 matcha ren (5/10) New matcha soft serve spot in Arcadia Mall – they also have drinks. Visually cute, but the top layer turned out to be red bean paste (not matcha) 🥲 not my favorite. Middle is matcha ice cream, bottom is strawberry jelly + cereal – lots of texture! Got a bit heavy toward the end – my friend and I couldn’t finish one. Average taste, but worth a first visit for the 📸! 🐯 tiger sugar (8/10) Recommended by a friend – didn’t disappoint! Their brown sugar pearl milk tea is iconic – really delicious! Go for less sugar – the pearls are already sweet and fragrant, so satisfying to chew 🍯 The milk tea is perfectly balanced. Plus, the staff gave me a free cup because the seal wasn’t perfect – so lucky! 💫 Highly recommended for pearl lovers – happiness in a cup! 🧋✨ #CoffeeLovers #HiddenGemDrinks #BeverageAddict #FoodAndDrinks #LATea #MatchaMadness
