OMG it’s so good 😭😭 Super soft and bouncy—how is it this delicious?! Went for a weekend brunch with my girls and absolutely loved it 🥳 We ordered all soufflé pancakes — so jiggly and irresistible! 1️⃣ Strawberry Soufflé Pancakes 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓 The topping is lightly sweet and not overly creamy — so refreshing! 2️⃣ Fruit Soufflé Pancakes 🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰 So. Good. Their maple syrup is homemade — you can really tell the difference. Not heavy or cloying at all. 3️⃣ Eggs Benedict 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The fries come with TRUFFLE DIP!! So damn good tbh. The pancakes still stole the show, but the English muffin underneath was also soft and bouncy 😱 So still a perfect 10/10 💯 4️⃣ Fried Chicken & Waffle 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (but being strict because it’s NY 😏) Not better than @Buttermilk&Burbon, but still pretty solid.
