Crown Fried Chicken & Waffle House — Restaurant in Maryland

I will never ever come to this establishment again I purchased six wings and two waffles and four of my wings were undercooked and not done. I’ve called this establishment multiple times to get a refund back and no one answers the phone. I called for three days straight, and no one answered the phone. When I finally came to the place of business after work, the current manager their name Steve came out and said he would only refund me back the price of one waffle which is $4.59. my overall total was $20.71 and Steve told me that there was no other way to contact the other manager unless I called the store again, I’ve called the store for three days straight on the hour and still no one answered. When I came into the store today there were four people on the floor behind the counter, and not one person could tell me of when they couldn’t answer the phone. Steve told me the only reason as of why they couldn’t answer the phone was because there must be another customer in the place. But in all actuality, there’s no business in the inside no one eats their food inside of this restaurant, and every order that they take a takeout order. I asked for a full refund, and the only thing that Steve can offer me was a couple of pieces of chicken, why would I feel safe to get more chicken now when my original order was not even cooked completely? UPDATE!!! Today July 29th, around 10:30am my wife ordered "two" breakfast sandwiches, we wanted lettuce, egg, cheese, & turkey sausage on our sandwiches and this is what they put on our sandwich (dirty, rotten, lettuce)? And to top that off the cashier got confused and gave us breakfast sandwiches with (Turkey Links & Pork Sausage patties) Strange thing, this review page would not let me upload my photo of the disgusting sandwich. *I see why they are NEVER really busy and the parking lot STAYS EMPTY, they are NOT CONSISTENT with their cooking and/or their Presentation!!!! *I've been living here for 2 years and I was trying to be a Loyal Customer, but serving me stuff like this could be Dangerous To My Health. The lettuce was WILTED & DIRTY, and you mistakingly added PORK when I requested TURKEY? I'm GONE!!! Will have to get my Chicken and Breakfast sandwiches from some other place that's SAFE!!! *May cost a bit more, but I will be alive!!!

-10 stars. Placed very specific orders that were delivered to my job. One shrimp quesadilla, one shrimp and chicken quesadilla no vegetables, and one chicken quesadilla. Have ordered from them several times and never had an issue. The shrimp one was just onions and peppers with maybe 2 pieces of shrimp chopped up. The chicken and shrimp had vegetable. And the chicken one for a person that has seafood allergies had shrimp in it. When I called and explained the issue, I was told that they don’t make custom orders because they cook everything together, referring to why my chicken only order had shrimp on it. For a nearly $40 order, I was told I can keep the order (which no one was going to eat because it was wrong) and get a free meal credit valued at $7 even after offering to bring the order back for a refrund. There was no concern for the lady with the allergies and I was also told by the manager that I just shouldn’t order from them anymore. Never did I raise my voice or come off rude or condescending, I work part-time in the service industry as well and know what it’s like to be in Noor’s (the manager on duty) position.
