The topping includes what seems to be banana popcorn crumbs, which add a nice texture. 🍚 Wagyu Rice Bowl The portion is quite small. There’s an egg on top, and the wagyu mince is hidden underneath. Mix it well and then roll it up to eat. The wagyu flavor is incredibly rich—this place really nails the wagyu taste! 🦐 Shrimp Tempura The tempura is top-notch. It’s all very well-made. Special mention to the light sauce that doesn’t get tiring even after multiple bites. 🦀 Crispy Rice Crab This dish is less outstanding compared to the others.
