Soft, fresh, luxurious. π Course 2: Sashimi platter β super fresh, beautifully arranged. Loved the hamachi flower. π Course 3: Toro + uni + scallop β BEST bite! Rich, bursting with umami. π Course 4: Shiso Wagyu fried shrimp tempura β broth was sweet and savory. π Course 5: Snapper soup β clean, layered sweetness. Sushi Section π£: π Halibut nigiri β my #1! Black truffle sauce elevated it perfectly. π Cod nigiri β topped with crispy flakes, fun texture. π Spanish mackerel β perfectly seasoned, Iβve always loved this fish. π Scallop nigiri β juicy explosion with ikura. π Toro + uni combo β pure satisfaction. π Amberjack β lovely pink hue, served in a delicate bowl. π Truffle uni chawanmushi β heavy truffle aroma, so comforting.
