The meat quality speaks for itself—no gaminess, perfect fat ratio. Boneless Short Rib – Doesn’t need anything but their sea salt. Juicy, bursting with pure beef flavor. Marinated Short Rib – Usually hesitant because other spots make it too sweet or dark-looking, but the server highly recommended it. Turned out great—not overly sweet, beautifully balanced, perfect with scallions.
