🫒Fried Olives This is their signature appetizer. To discover more delicious flavors, one must keep an open mind towards food. They taste a lot like falafel. Served with truffle honey and chili flakes 🌶️, as well as ricotta cheese, it was my first time experiencing an appetizer made from olives that could be so rich in both taste and texture. 🎃Squash Flower Have you ever eaten squash blossoms? It was my first time. Stuffed with ricotta cheese, the sauce is spicy and has a flavor reminiscent of hummus! It instantly awakened my taste buds, making me feel like I was eating fried chicken. 🥥Organic Coconut Fried Rice This dish is a must-order! The fried rice contains cucumber, kimchi, and cabbage, complemented by a cream made from cashews. My friend and I felt like we were going to fight over this fried rice! 🍕Mushroom Pizza I've probably never seen such a generously topped pizza. It's full of mushrooms with a thick layer of cheese and drizzled with truffle oil. It's incredibly fragrant, but because of the abundance of cheese, it might be a bit rich for some. 🍦Yuzu Gelato I didn't take a photo of the dessert, but it was very refreshing! With a light and slightly tangy citrus flavor, it's satisfying without being heavy. 📍Olivia Restaurant 205 S Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90004 #Olivia Restaurant#Los Angeles
