Just tried this amazing Michelin-starred spot in Laguna—super highly recommended!! 📍Rebel Omakase Address: 361 Forest Ave #103, Laguna Beach, CA 92651 The meal included 13 courses, with handcrafted nigiri served throughout: • Dashi • Monaka • Sashimi • Nigiri Selection • Kegani • Yuzu Madai • Ankimo • Wagyu • Chawanmushi • Hokkaido Uni • Anago • Crown Melon • Umeshu Jelly For me, there were no downsides—every single bite was pure enjoyment, incredibly delicious! Each mouthful felt like a moment of true happiness 🥰👌, and I was still dreaming about it long after the meal ended. I’ll definitely be going back! I’m not a fan of smoky flavors, and I was so happy that none of the dishes here were smoky—big win for me! 💓 The ambiance inside is moody and intimate, with a cool, sophisticated vibe. 🕯️🍶 This place is really hard to book—reservations are on OpenTable, with only two seatings per day at 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
