Chicken is tender, not dry at all, and the savory sauce gets richer with every bite. π· Sizzling Pork Intestine A favorite for offal lovers! Reminds me of Guangzhou, where pork organ congee and noodles were my daily go-to β never got tired of them. Hard to find intestines like this here, but so flavorful and delicious!
