Five years ago, I had my first Goldburger smash burger, and it completely redefined my perception of burgers. It has remained the top player in my heart for LA burgers ever since. After all these years, Goldburger has grown from a pop-up store in Highland Park to now having four locations across LA! π I ordered my all-time favorite, the signature Goldburger : - 6 oz grass-fed beef patty π₯© - Melted cheese π§ - Grilled onions π§ - Secret sauce π₯ One bite, and I can forgive the whole world: - Forgive my crush for leaving me on read π - Forgive LAβs terrible traffic (I drove over an hour to get to Los Feliz) ππ¨ - Forgive my daily grind of a mundane life π΄β¦ Even the fries are ridiculously good! π At $12 per burger, itβs not cheap but definitely high-quality. Itβs just as delicious as I remember. The little street called Vermont is also so charming, with its bookstores π, theaters π, grocery shops π, and flower shops πΈβeach store has its own unique vibe.
