We finally tried those amazing po' boys at Erin Rose — and wow, they did not disappoint! The bread was fresh and perfectly soft yet crisp, and the flavors were absolutely on point 😋👌. Since we were just grabbing a quick bite at Erin Rose, we ordered two po' boys to share among five of us — and it was the perfect taste of New Orleans! I especially loved the grilled shrimp po' boy — juicy, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor 🍤🔥. We also tried the cheesesteak po' boy — hearty, cheesy, and deeply satisfying 🧀🥩.
