One of Turin's Specialty Restaurants 🍽️

Scannabue 🌟 I learned about this restaurant from the host of the Airbnb I booked, who told me it's quite good and has a strong local flavor—it's a great traditional local cuisine restaurant. After hearing about it, I searched online and found that it has been featured in Italy's Repubblica media. There's even a Michelin logo posted at the entrance of the restaurant. It's indeed a very good restaurant with excellent flavors, and the pasta is all superb! However, I felt it was a bit too French in style, with large plates and small portions, which is typical of French cuisine and perhaps a popular trend. Although I liked the taste, it wasn't quite Italian enough for me. Beef Carpaccio, made from Fassona beef 🐮 Recommendation Index: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This beef carpaccio looks similar to the French version, with some differences, but I like both the Italian and French styles. Agnolotti del Plin 🍰 If you like pasta, Recommendation Index: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you don't like pasta, then ⭐ I asked for my pasta to be sprinkled with Parmigiana cheese! 🧀 Some people don't like Parmigiana, so they can choose not to add it.
