🍣 Osaka’s | Japanese Cuisine | Boulder, CO

📍 Address: 2460 Canyon Blvd Suite #1, Boulder, CO 80302 Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🍜 Ramen ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Spicy Miso Ramen is my go-to — relatively light and flavorful. 💡 Pro tip: Ask for less salty broth! The other ramen options are very rich and can be overly salty. 🍱 Unajyu (Eel Rice) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best unagi I’ve had in Colorado! The eel is crispy, and the sauce soaks perfectly into the rice. Highly recommend! 🍖 Tonkatsu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thick, juicy pork cutlet with a crispy coating — stays tender inside. Eat it fast before the crust softens! Needs sauce for full flavor. Definitely try this. 🧈 Agedashi Tofu ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Solid and standard — soft tofu in classic Japanese broth. On par with most Japanese places in CO. 🐟 Sashimi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fresh, thinly sliced, and firm — really good quality. Recommended! 🐙 Takoyaki ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Decent — crispy outside, soft inside, but filling is a bit light. 🍶 Overall: A reliable Japanese restaurant with creative twists like Japanese-style burgers and Okonomiyaki adapted to local tastes. Food tends to be salty — definitely request less salt! Ingredients are high-quality (you can see the chef slicing the fish!), and they offer a nice selection of sake 🍶. Service is friendly but a bit slow. Still — a great spot worth trying! #Sake #JapaneseFood #ColoradoEats #BoulderFood #JapaneseCuisine #FoodReview #JapaneseIzakaya
