Our Favorite Summer Shaved Ice is Back! 🍧

Every summer, we make sure to visit our beloved Fufu Cafe for their amazing shaved ice, and this year is no exception! 🥳 Right now, the city is buzzing with the Summer Ice Cream Festival hosted by Noms Mag, and Fufu is one of the participating spots. So, we took the opportunity to gather some friends and try this year’s shaved ice lineup—pure bliss! 🥰 This year, Fufu offers three delightful flavors: Purple Sweet Potato Crème Brûlée, Black Sesame Mochi, and Strawberry Basil Oolong Tea 💛. Since we’re huge fans of tea-infused desserts, we went for the strawberry flavor—fresh strawberry-basil sauce paired with rich oolong cream that wasn’t overly sweet. A perfect balance of flavors! 😋 Our friend ordered the Purple Sweet Potato Crème Brûlée, which had a hidden surprise—vanilla ice cream in the middle! 🍦 The combination of sweet potato sauce and caramel pudding was absolutely divine.
