Our Waffles Were Delicious! 🧇🍵

We arrived in Seattle a bit too early for dinner, so we decided to cross the street from our hotel for a cozy tea and snack break. Not being very familiar with Japanese-style desserts, we asked for a little guidance — and we’re so glad we did! 🌟 Aurora to the Rescue! Aurora, who assisted us, was incredibly sweet and patient. She gladly helped us navigate the menu and offered thoughtful recommendations based on what we might like. 🧇 What We Ordered: Two Hojicha Lattes – We found the texture a bit too grainy for our taste, but the flavor was warm and comforting. One Matcha Red Bean Waffle – A lovely combination of earthy matcha and sweet adzuki beans 🍵❤️ One Walnut Hojicha Waffle – Nutty, aromatic, and perfectly toasted 🧇🌰 Both waffles were fresh, fluffy, and delicious — definitely the highlight of our visit! 🕒 A Promise to Return We really wanted to try more of their sweet and savory bites, but our schedule was just too packed. Next time for sure! 🎨 Vibe: Modern, Chic & Youthful The bakery is small but stylish — with clean lines, minimalist decor, and a fresh, modern feel. It’s clearly a spot that draws a young, trendy crowd, but everyone is welcome. ✅ Final Thoughts If you’re near the hotel and in the mood for something sweet, light, and beautifully made — this little Japanese-inspired bakery is a lovely stop. #JapaneseBakery #WaffleLove #HojichaMatcha #SeattleSnacks #AuroraWasAwesome
