Oxford, UK
Oxford is definitely one of the must-visit cities in England! I took a day off from attending a graduation ceremony in Bristol to explore Oxford – and it was totally worth it! 🚌 Transport: We hired a private car from Bristol to Oxford. The driver first took us to the Cotswolds – the scenery and architecture there are absolutely stunning 🏡✨ I almost wanted to retire there! After about an hour, we headed to Oxford, which took another hour or so. 🛞 Route: In Oxford, we walked everywhere 🚶. Most attractions are within a walkable circle. We didn’t spend too long in each spot – mostly enjoyed the exteriors, took photos, and kept exploring. Right after arriving, we grabbed some fish & chips – and honestly, any fish & chips in the UK seems to be delicious! 🐟🍟 📸 Main Highlights: 📍 George & Danver After lunch, our first stop was this gelato spot – apparently only available in Oxford! My friends weren’t wrong – every flavor we tried was amazing! Definitely worth revisiting. 🍦❤️ 📍 University of Oxford | Balliol College Right near the Christmas market – we snapped a quick photo here. 🎄📸 📍 Bodleian Library 📍 Bridge of Sighs 📍 All Saints' Church The rest was just wandering and snapping pics – hope you enjoy them! #TravelSnap #Oxford #OxfordUniversity #UK #England #OxfordDayTrip #DayTrip ✨
