Oxford Prospects Program Voucher Reviews (Part 1)

Time flies – the program is already halfway through! I’ve tried so many global cuisines in this little town. Here’s a roundup with OPP voucher menus included 🍽️📋 🌴 Banana Tree Ordered Laksa with Tofu – noodles were slightly sticky, but the broth was well-seasoned. Also tried Mango Rice Pudding: sweet sticky rice + ice cream 🍚🍦 Friends had Green Curry (creamy, mild, lots of veggies) and Lime Chicken (sweet & sour, tender) – both recommended! 🍜 Shoryu Tonkotsu broth was good, noodles a bit soft. Barley tea came with half a cup of ice 🧊😂 Friend’s Piri bowl was mildly spicy. 🍝 Gino’s Risotto, Pizza, Lasagne, Spaghetti, Tortellini – thank goodness for descriptions! Pizza was great (as expected), but the Risotto and Lasagne were standouts 🥰 Highly recommend! 🌯 Benito’s Build-your-own wrap with beans, meat, and amazing avocado sauce 🥑 Huge, heavy, and delicious – each bite felt like a dinosaur chomp 🦖 Staff were super nice. Also tried nachos and ginger beer. Loved the beef + avocado combo! 🫓 Comptoir Libanais Lamb, chicken, falafel, halloumi – the lamb was the BEST! 🐑 🍔 Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) Thin patties (kinda like McDonald’s), but we were so hungry we devoured everything! 🍟🔥 Also spotted an OPP voucher menu at a fried chicken shop nearby 🍗 #Oxford #FoodReview #WinterCamp #OPP #VoucherEats #StudyAbroadLife #GlobalCuisine ✨
