A bit on the salty side but super flavorful. • Italian Gremolata (herb-lemon-garlic topping) — Zesty and cooked to perfection! Also leaning salty—great with bread or beer 🍺。 • Japanese Style (RAW with fried onions & Japanese mayo) — Light, fresh, and delicious! The crunch and creaminess combo was a win. 🍲 Seafood Chowder — Creamy and packed with flavor, though I wished it was a tad saltier.
