In this cozy and laid-back town, we enjoyed what turned out to be the most memorable meal of our entire Georgia trip! 🏰 Vibe & Ambiance 📍 Palaty Restaurant Located near the White Bridge 🏞️, a short walk from the Fountain Square Arrived around 8 PM and got seated directly (no reservation needed) Walls covered with notes and memories from travelers around the world 🌍 Each table dressed in unique, charming tablecloths Live piano and cello music – the crowd applauded after every piece 🎹🎶 🍽️ Must-Try Dishes 🍴 Fried Pork with Mushroom and Cream Crispy outside, tender and juicy inside 🐖 Creamy mushroom sauce – rich but not overwhelming 🍴 Spaghetti with Bolognese Perfectly cooked pasta with balanced sweet and tangy tomato meat sauce 🍝 A crowd-pleaser, especially for those who love familiar flavors 🍴 Mexican Potato A standout side dish! 🥔 Don’t skip the sauce – dip generously for the full experience 💡 Good to Know Dishes came all together – perfect for food photography! 📸 Meal for two: ~60 GEL (very filling, no service charge added) Slower-paced service, but worth the wait ⏳ We almost ended up at the famous Sisters Restaurant, but without a reservation, we were offered only a small table with an extra fee.
