Palm Springs | Enjoying Some Delicious French Fare 🐌

I really love those cozy, family-style French bistros — not overly fancy, but full of warmth. I remember visiting a similar one in Napa that I adored! 💛 We ordered escargots, beef bourguignon, seafood velouté in puff pastry, and duck confit. For dessert, we tried the ice cream puff pastry. Snails and beef stew are my French dining staples — just like how I always order crab cakes at American restaurants! 👀 No disappointments here! 🎉 The dessert was huge — two solid vanilla ice cream balls stuffed in a puff pastry, drizzled with chocolate sauce. The seafood velouté was rich and flavorful (probably simmered with loads of seafood), though it got a tad heavy toward the end. Still highly recommend!
