Palmview Park Exploration in Los Angeles 🌳

Stumbled upon a small park called Palmview Park in West Covina—it’s a perfect little getaway for young kids! Took my 3-year-old here and ended up staying for two full hours because they didn’t want to leave! Overall rating: 8.7/10. Great option when you’re in the area and need a chill spot for little ones. 🌞 🟢 Huge Lawn: The grass is super soft and comfortable—perfect for toddlers to crawl around, chase bubbles, or just roll on. You can lay out a picnic blanket and relax while soaking up the sun. I even managed to sneak in some phone time—perfect setup! 😄 ⚾ Hidden Gem Baseball Field: Even though my little one is too young to play, they loved watching the older kids play ball from outside the fence. Every time a stray ball rolled nearby, they’d squeal with excitement! Plenty of room to move around and burn off energy. What really stands out is how well-suited it is for younger kids. No worries about oversized playground equipment (which can be so un-toddler-friendly!). The layout and vibe are just right for ages 1–5, with no risk of bigger kids running around wildly. Super stress-free for parents! 👶🧡 Points off? Just 1.3, because there’s not much shade near the grassy areas in the summer—bring a pop-up tent or a sun hat! Also, the restrooms aren’t the cleanest, and the park could use a bit more diversity in activities. 🅿️ Parking is fairly easy—free spots available right by the entrance!
