📍Park City Fine Dining 🍽️✨
Courchevel Bistro ❤️❤️❤️❤️ A French fine dining experience. Starter – Baked Brie: Brie wrapped in pastry 🧀—served cut open at the table. Best enjoyed with crackers, jam, and apple slices 🍎. Eating the brie alone can be a bit rich. Not recommended if you’re not a brie fan—the portion is generous! But if you love brie, you’ll adore this dish. Mains – Arctic char Bouillabaisse & Veal Chop: The Arctic char was delicious 🐟—perfect for salmon lovers. The bouillabaisse had great seafood, but the broth was overly oily. The veal was tender, and the foraged mushrooms were a unique touch 🍄. Dessert – Baked Clafoutis: The highlight of the meal! 🍰 A soft, baked pancake-like dessert with pistachio ice cream inside. Order it when you pick your main—it’s made fresh and timed perfectly. Psst… they add a candle for birthdays! 🎂 Firewood ❤️❤️❤️ A bit disappointing for fine dining. Their menu changes daily or periodically—only a sample is available online. Appetizers – Pork Belly & Yellowtail: The pork belly was average 🥓, but the sides were good. The yellowtail was tasty 🐟. Mains – Roasted Cauliflower Gratin & Lamb Tenderloin: These met fine dining expectations—beautiful plating and great flavor. The roasted cauliflower and broccolini were crispy yet tender 🌿. The lamb was incredibly tender with no gaminess—a must for lamb lovers. Desserts – Panna Cotta & Chocolate Gateau: Not recommended… both were disappointing 😕. Overall, the dinner didn’t justify the price. #FineDining #Utah #SaltLakeCity #ParkCityEats
