Pasadena's 5-Star Spanish Restaurant ✨

For Dad's birthday, we dropped little Ollie off at Grandma's and enjoyed some quality time together, just the two of us! 🎉👨👩👧 Since Dad absolutely loves paella, we chose this Spanish restaurant in Pasadena: Dos Besos 📍99 Union St, Pasadena, CA 91103 We ordered: ▪️ Paella Del Mar – Seafood paella ▪️ Galician Octopus with Potatoes – Grilled octopus on a bed of soft potatoes ▪️ Spanish Iberian Cured Meats – A plate of flavorful cured meats This wasn’t our first time here—we loved our last experience so much that we had to come back! 🤤 Honestly, this is the closest we’ve found in LA to the authentic paella we tried in Madrid. 😋 We also got two tapas: The octopus with potatoes was drizzled in olive oil—so aromatic and fresh, with a perfect tender-chewy texture. The cured meats instantly brought us back to Spain—so delicious! Next time, I’d love to try their aged ham—I’ve been craving it! 🥓🧀 Price-wise, it’s definitely on the higher side—our total came to around $200 for two, including two drinks. 💸🍷 Parking is available nearby, but it’s not cheap—about $10. 🅿️💰 Have you been to Dos Besos? What’s your favorite Spanish dish? Share below! 👇 Any other romantic spots in Pasadana we should try?
